What is the ruling on using scented tissues?.

Praise be to Allaah.

If the scented tissues are wet and contain wet perfume that will stay on the hand, it is not permissible for the muhrim to use them. But if they are dry and just have a fragrance like the fragrance of mint or apples, there is nothing wrong with that. End quote.
