Dyeing eyebrows with a colour similar to that of the skin

Is it permissible to dye the hair with a colour similar to that of the skin, knowing that if a woman does this to her eyebrows, she will look like a woman who has plucked her eyebrows?

We put this question to Shaykh Muhammad ibn Saalih al-‘Uthaymeen, may Allaah preserve him, who answered:

There is nothing wrong with that, because it is only colouring the hair. And Allaah knows best.
